At New River Wellness Center, we understand and have witnessed the increased rate of co-occurring disorders in women as compared to men. Our goal is to address underlying factors which may have contributed to alcoholism and addiction. Some of these factors include: poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, sex addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-mutilation, and anger management. You will have opportunities to ask questions, clarify what you have learned, and gain support for difficult issues that might surface through your sobriety.
